Return Period: You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it.
Condition of Returned Items: Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at support@iftiinka-aqoonta.com. Provide your order number, details about the product you would like to return, and the reason for the return.
Shipping Returns: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refund Eligibility: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
Approved Refunds: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the payment within a 4-5 days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
We do not offer an exchange policy. If you wish to receive a different item, please return the original item (following the return process outlined above) and place a new order for the item you wish to purchase.
